Gift Books for Special Occasions
I've been wanting to offer customized books for birthdays and special occasions for a while - but have not known the best way. By 'customized' I mean signed copies, plus the child's name and greeting, plus a drawing or two (or three or four) on the first page. The children always like seeing their name and a sketch of one of the characters (my signature doesn't count for much in their eyes). So, for USA residents, here's the deal.
1) Contact me at: regdown@hotmail.com
2) Let me know what book(s) you want + your snail-mail address.
3) Tell me the name of the recipient(s) + the greeting (Dear ..., Happy Birthday, get well, festival, etc.).
4) Choose one of the drawings below (one per book) by stating the number. (For additional drawings add $1 each.)
5) I'll send you a PayPal invoice via email.
6) When payment arrives I'll send you the book priority mail + delivery confirmation.
Simple as that!
The Tales of Tiptoes Lightly - $18
The Festival of Stones - $18
Big-stamp Two-toes the Barefoot Giant - $18
The Magic Knot ~ and other tangles! - $18
The Starry Bird - $18
Eggs for the Hunting - $18
The Lost Lagoon - $19.50
The Bee who Lost his Buzz - $15
The Cricket and the Shepherd Boy - $15
Priority envelope + delivery confirmation = $5.45. An envelope holds up to three books if they are the slimmer ones and two for the thicker ones. For more than three books expect additional shipping cost, but I'll send them as efficiently as possible.
Note: Please allow sufficient leeway to have the books delivered on time - this will depend on your distance from California. Allow more time during the Christmas rush.
Note: I sometimes travel and therefore cannot fulfill the order. I will try to take down this webpage so that this does not happen, but if it does I will reply to your email and let you know.
The drawings below are samples. The actual drawing will be similar to, but not exactly the same as, what you see.

Numbers 1, 2, are Tiptoes Lightly; 3, the gnomes, 4, 5, 6, 7 are Jeremy Mouse; 8(s) are the Gnomes dancing (you guess which one); 9 is Ompliant the Elephant; 11 is Greenleaf the Sailor. (Yes, there's a number missing!)
